• Designed and developed Envestnet University’s new UX for client-focused learning, which achieved a 124% increase in new students, a 64% increase in active students, and a 20% increase in course completion percentage in the first 30 days after launch.

• Oversaw design and development of Envestnet’s Storyline eLearning templates, which saw the development time of eLearning built using the Envestnet template reduced to half the industry standard.

• Developed Envestnet’s Learning Advisor, a CoPilot generative AI agent that answers learners’ questions about Envestnet University and its content, effectively guiding learners to Envestnet platform training.

• Manage projects for the Learning Experience Design team, including the Envestnet University redesign, the Learning Experience Design iconography refresh, and quarterly release of feature enhancement highlights videos.

• Maintain Envestnet University and Tamarac University, which serve over 100,000 external and internal clients in the financial services industry.

• Document eLearning best practices and team processes for the Learning Experience Design team, increasing consistency with brand standards and reducing errors found within team content.
