About

I'm Patrick Smith, a Learning & Development Consultant who creates Learning Experiences for businesses, non-profits, and academic institutions.

I have 10 years of experience in the industry. I have designed and developed user journeys, eLearning templates, eLearning videos, onboarding programs, and instructor-led trainings during my career.

I am in Boise State University's Organizational Performance and Workplace Learning Master's program. I will receive my graduate certificate in Organizational Performance in the Summer of 2025 and am on track to graduate with my Master of Science degree in the Spring of 2026.
